Sarah Doerfel (b.1986) is a German artist living and working in Munich, whose works are shown internationally in museums and galleries such as at Shedhalle Zurich, Hamburger Bahnhof, Berlin, Macro Museo, Rome, Downstairs at Mother, London, and Kunstverein Munich. The artist was recently awarded the fellowship of the Akademie der Künste Berlin/ Young Academy for 2025/2026. She has received numerous grants and stipends. Doerfel studied Fine Arts and Photography & Video Art in London and Munich.
